Favorite podcasts

June 04, 2020

Listening to podcasts is one of my favorite things to do when I hit a motivational slump. For a long time, I saw the app podcasts on my phone but I wasn't interested in it. Once, I was bored at the airport and I was scrolling my phone. I searched for some podcasts I could like, and since then I’ve found a handful that keeps me both inspired and informed. Have you ever thought about how rewarding is to pop your headphones on, take your dog, go for a walk and listen to others who talk about the topics you are into.

Today I would like to share my favorite 5 podcasts.

The Health Code

If you are interested in fitness and would like to recharge your batteries you must listen to The Health Code! It's run by health and fitness YouTuber, Sarah's Day and professional photographer, content creator, personal trainer and Sarah's fiance, Kurt Tilse. Believe me, it's so fun listening to how this positive couple cracks the code on fitness, lifestyle, health, and relationship. What I like the most about the podcast is that it's incredibly real and very raw. While listening, I feel like I am sitting on the couch next to them. My number one!

Learn True Health

I jumped on this podcast when I was looking for information about intermittent fasting. I listened to only one episode and subscribed automatically. Here, you can find so much information about organic living, holistic lifestyle, and health in general. It's created by Ashley James which interview the most successful natural healers who have a pearl of enormous wisdom. If you would like to achieve the optimal health and find your path of healthy living, no doubts this podcast is for you!

Science VS

Can pet your furry friend on a plane helps with flight-induced anxiety? Did aliens really help build the pyramids? This podcast compares science against the most popular trending ideas. The host of the Science VS is Wendy Zukerman whose knowledge and opinions keep you intrigued to the end. It brought my attention that they discuss every aspect of the topic, what is a fact and what is not, and is there something between? Generally speaking, they do a job for you!

WSJ Secrets of Wealthy Women

If you would like to empower yourself financially, this podcast is for you. There is a wide range of interviews with successful women executives, money-savvy experts, self-made entrepreneurs, workplace pioneers, and industry trendsetters. They reveal the secrets on how to achieve professional success. Believe me, no topic is off the table. So far the host has led some engaging discussions with Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg, SoulCycle CEO Melanie Whelan and real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran. Tune in and get inspired!

The Skinny Confidential

If you are tired after work and would like to listen to some casual and interesting conversations while commuting, here you are! Lauryn Evarts Bosstick and Michael Bosstick are a very dynamic couple who interview entrepreneurs, experts, athletes, best selling authors, and thought leaders. What can you expect as a listener? They are also very real and unfiltered. What I like the most about it is a fact there are no barriers during the conversations. You always receive a clear and straightforward answer.

B'day Skin

Charlie and Amy are such great and positive human beings! Their main goal is to make skincare less confusing and mundane. They tried a wide range of products and give you an honest review of it. Although they aren't Dermatologists, they know what they are about. If you are into a skincare routine, you must join the journey to glowy skin! The only disadvantage of this podcast is the time they spend on the chat and content. Sometimes I need to scroll through as the chit chat is definitely too long.
